The service
Is FastFindRemoteJobs a job board?
No. FastFindRemoteJobs is a paid alert service. There’s no job search, no job browsing, no company directory and no public job pages. You set up private alert rules, we watch employers’ own career sites, and we tell you when a new remote job matches.
Where do the jobs come from?
From the employers themselves. Our crawler reads employers’ own public career sites and job feeds (the applicant-tracking systems many companies use to publish openings). Every alert links to the employer’s own posting, so you’re not waiting for another site to copy it.
How do you decide which employers to monitor?
We identify companies that hire remotely from remote-job listings published on other job sites, and we may add other public sources later. We then find and confirm each company’s own careers site. Alerts are always based on what we find on the employer’s site, never on another job site’s listing.
How many employers do you monitor?
At launch, we monitor 500 employers that hire remotely, and we check each one about every 5 minutes. We plan to add more as the service grows. Your waitlist answers help us decide which employers and industries to add first.
What counts as “remote”?
Fully remote jobs, open to applicants in the United States by default. Hybrid and on-site jobs are left out. If a remote job is limited to certain states, we label it (for example, “Remote: TX residents”). You can also include jobs open to Canada or “anywhere”.
When we can’t be certain a job is fully remote, we label it “Likely remote” so you can check the posting.
Do you show job descriptions?
No. Alerts and your dashboard show job facts only: the title, company, employer industry, remote label, salary when the employer publishes it, and when we first saw the job. For the full description, open the employer’s posting.
Do I apply through you?
No. Every match has an “Apply on employer site” button that takes you to the employer’s own posting. We never see your application, and we don’t share your details with employers.
Alerts and matching
How do alert rules work?
Each rule combines employer industries AND keywords. Pick from 34 industries in 7 groups, then add keywords with simple chips (any of, must include, exclude) or an advanced syntax with exact phrases, OR, NOT and prefixes. Keywords are checked in the job title and description by default, or in the title only if you prefer. Exclusions always win.
How many rules and industries can I have?
Ultra: up to 10 alert rules, with 1–5 or “Any industry” industries per rule.
Pro: up to 5 alert rules, with 1–5 industries per rule.
Basic: up to 3 alert rules, with 1–3 industries per rule.
How quickly do alerts arrive?
Ultra: each match is sent as soon as we detect it. We check each monitored employer about every 5 minutes.
Pro: new matches are delivered every 4 hours, at 00:07, 04:07, 08:07, 12:07, 16:07 and 20:07 in your time zone.
Basic: one daily digest at the start of your delivery window, at least 7 hours after we detect a job.
We publish how fast Ultra alerts really are in our monthly Speed Report.
Can I choose when alerts arrive?
Yes. For each day of the week, choose Off, 24 hours, or a start and stop time in your time zone. Email and text alerts follow that schedule. Ultra and Pro alerts that come up outside your window are held and sent as one summary when your next window opens.
What’s on my dashboard?
Your own released matches for jobs we first detected in the last 72 hours, newest first. Each one shows why it matched, labels such as “Reposted” or “May be closed”, and an Apply on employer site button. You can save, dismiss or mark a match as applied.
What if a rule matches too many jobs?
Very broad rules are rejected with a hint to add a more specific word. Daily email caps apply on Ultra and Pro; matches beyond a cap still appear on your dashboard.
Can a job close before I apply?
Yes. Employers can close postings at any time. When an employer removes a posting we’ve alerted you about, we label the match “May be closed”. Always check the employer’s posting before applying.
Text alerts
Do you send text messages?
Only if you add the optional SMS add-on ($10.00 a month, on any plan) and agree to receive texts. Ultra sends a text per alert, Pro one text per batch, and Basic one text when your digest is ready, up to about 40 texts a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
Details are in our SMS Terms.
Will you text me marketing messages?
Never. We text only job alerts and messages about your text alerts (a verification code, a confirmation, and replies to HELP or STOP). Agreeing to texts isn’t a condition of buying any plan.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
Ultra $99.95, Pro $49.95, Basic $19.95 per month, plus $10.00 a month for the optional SMS add-on. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. See Pricing for everything each plan includes.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, so you can try a month and cancel. We may offer promo codes from time to time; you enter them at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, in Account → Billing. You don’t need to call or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for; you keep access until then and won’t be charged again.
Pausing alert emails, turning off texts or not using the service doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Do you give refunds?
We don’t give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires one, and we may give a goodwill refund. A full refund ends your subscription and access right away. The details, including how to ask, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (a draft pending legal review before launch).
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and retry the charge automatically. Your alerts keep working for a 7-day grace period. If no retry succeeds within about two weeks, the subscription is canceled; you can subscribe again at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades start as soon as the prorated charge goes through. Downgrades and removing the SMS add-on take effect at the end of your current billing month.
Privacy and data
Who can see my keywords and matches?
Only you. Your dashboard is private, your keywords are kept out of our logs, and we don’t send employers your name, email address, rules or matches. We don’t sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.
Where is my data stored?
In Google Cloud’s us-central1 region (Iowa, USA), with a short list of exceptions such as sign-in, payments and text messaging, described in our Data Residency Statement.
