How it works
Alerts from employers’ own career sites, matched to your rules
At launch, we monitor 500 employers that hire remotely, and we check each one about every 5 minutes.
When a new job matches your rule, you hear about it:
As soon as we detect it
Ultra, $99.95/month · One alert per match, with no batching.
Every 4 hours
Pro, $49.95/month · At 00:07, 04:07, 08:07, 12:07, 16:07 and 20:07, your time.
Next-day digest
Basic, $19.95/month · On your next enabled day, at least 7 hours after we detect a job.
Three steps
Step 1: Tell us what you want
Create alert rules from employer industries (34 to choose from) and keywords. Choose the days and hours alerts may reach you.
Step 2: We watch employers’ own career sites
Our crawler checks each monitored employer’s public career site or job feed about every 5 minutes and spots new fully remote jobs open to US applicants.
Step 3: You get matches and apply at the source
Matching jobs land on your private dashboard and in your inbox (and by text with the add-on), on your plan’s timing. Apply on the employer’s own site.
Alert rules: industry AND keywords
Each rule pairs one or more employer industries with keywords. “Industry” is what the employer sells (we use 34 industries in 7 groups); your keywords usually describe the job itself. A claims accountant at a health insurer, for example, is Health Insurance by industry and accounting by keyword.
Build keywords with simple chips, or use the advanced box for exact phrases, OR, exclusions, title-only terms and prefixes. Exclusions always win, and rules that would match almost everything are rejected with a hint.
- Search the title and description (default), or the title only.
- Include or leave out staffing agencies and “likely remote” jobs.
- Turn any rule on or off at any time.
What “remote” means here
Fully remote jobs open to applicants in the United States, by default. Hybrid and on-site jobs are never included. You can add Canada or “anywhere”, or limit a rule to certain states.
State-restricted jobs carry a label such as “Remote: TX residents”. When we can’t be certain a job is fully remote, it’s labelled “Likely remote”.
When alerts reach you
Ultra sends each match as soon as we detect it.
Pro delivers new matches every 4 hours, at 00:07, 04:07, 08:07, 12:07, 16:07 and 20:07 in your time zone.
Basic sends one daily digest at the start of your delivery window, at least 7 hours after we detect a job.
For each day of the week you choose Off, 24 hours, or a start and stop time. Alerts that come up outside your window are held and summarized when it opens. “Skip empty emails” is on by default.
Email, dashboard and optional texts
Every plan includes email alerts and a private dashboard showing your matches for jobs we first detected in the last 72 hours, with why each one matched and an Apply on employer site button.
The optional SMS add-on ($10.00 a month, any plan) adds text alerts after you verify a US mobile number and agree to receive texts. We never send marketing texts.
What we don’t do
We’re an alert service, not a job board. There’s no public job search, no company directory and no public job pages, and we never store or show job descriptions.
- We never log in to employer sites or try to get past a CAPTCHA or bot check.
- We don’t apply for you or send employers your details.
- Matches never appear on your dashboard before your plan releases them.
